Forging&casting equipment
Our company has 23sets of 1-3.5m disk centrifuge,the maximum blank casting capacity can reach 20ton/pc which can cast the ring with diameter of 300-3500mm,length of 50-1600mm
and realize multilayer metal metallurgy composite.We own 80MN hydraulic machine,
31.5MN hydropress,31.5MN hydraulic machine,mating 40t and 300,800KN-m full hydraulic
forging operative machine.
The maximum blank forging capacity is that we can produce axial forgings with drawing out of 125t,
upseting of 90t and diameter of 1800mm.
Thermal treatment:
Our company processes 216 sets gas-fired furnace,pit furnace and bogie-hearth resistance furnace with all kinds of specification.
We can provide reasonable and high-efficient thermal treatment method for all types of products.
According to the scientific process design,we can control the thermal treatment,
adjust the internal structure,optimize product performance.
