CL Drum Gear Coupling
Huading CL-type gear coupling is suitable for connecting 2 horizontal axes transmission shafting. It has the capability of compensating relative deviation of 2 axes and belongs to movable rigid coupling. Two outer shells with inner teeth and 2 sleeves with outer teeth are composed. The sleeves and shafts are connected by keys. The 2 outer shells are connected by bolts. A sealing ring is arranged between the shell and sleeve.
♦Features
1. Tooth coupling has a small radial dimension and large load-carrying capacity. It is often used for shafting transmission under low-speed and heavy-load conditions. Tooth coupling with high accuracy and dynamic balance can be used for high-speed transmission.
2. It has the ability to compensate for the deviation of radial, axial and angular equiaxed.
3. It has a compact structure, small turning radius, large bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and a maintenance cycle.
