2). Quality control:
*We have specialized QC testers to check the quality of the products according to different customers’ requirements. Usually, it’s a random inspection, and we also offer 100% inspection at a reasonable price if required.
*We have IQC to check the dimensions and surface of the incoming material
*We have PQC to inspect full-course during the manufacturing processing
*We have FQC to inspect all the anodizing/plating and other finishes’ products from our supplier and proceed with the professional quality and appearance inspection before shipping.
3).Surface Finish: sandblasted/normal and hard anodized finish/polish/coating/polish/passivation/plating/brush/heat treatment/fine glass beads/grounding/tumbled finish , etc. More detailed information for different material parts is below,

4). Payment terms: T/T payment. The Sample order is paid by full payment; Mass production with order amount exceeding can be paid a 50% deposit before production, and balance paid before shipping.
5). Production schedule: Usually, it takes 5~10 working days for sample production; 15~20 working days for mass production days, it depends on your design, simple parts can be produced quickly, the complicated design parts would take us more machining time.
6). Machining capability: 30 sets of the most technologically advanced machining CNC milling machines, 20 sets of CNC turning machines, 25 sets of Multi-Spindle Japan Precision Swiss CNC lathes, and 4 sets of 2D &3D CMM (image measuring instrument) quality control equipment 3 QC staff, enabling CNC Manufacturing to deliver precise parts within the tightest of tolerances, ensuring the highest quality results to meet different
customers’ requirements.
7). Tolerance: +/- 0.02mm (for Metal shaft), +/-0.03mm ( for plastic), for special tolerance requirements, please point them out in the email, we will Check if it’s feasible to make it after studying it.
8). Packing & Shipping way:
1. Packing Detail: Each product is packed with plastic preservative, EPE, foam plastic bag, Carton outside, wood case or iron case or as per the customer’s special requirement. Besides, the custom package takes a week to prepare in advance.
2. Delivery Detail: the fast International Shipping time takes 3 ~5 working days by DHL/UPS/FedEx, slow shipping time takes 7~ 8 working days by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT, etc.

커플링을 이용한 프로그래밍
커플링은 두 개의 축을 연결하여 동력을 전달하는 기계 장치입니다. 회전하는 장비를 연결하고 어느 정도의 축 유격이나 정렬 불량을 허용하는 것이 목적입니다. 커플링에는 여러 종류가 있으므로 용도에 맞는 적절한 커플링을 선택하는 것이 중요합니다.
두 축 사이의 기계적 연결
두 축을 기계적으로 연결하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있으며, 그중 하나가 커플링을 사용하는 것입니다. 일반적인 유형 중 하나는 빔 커플링이며, 헬리컬 커플링이라고도 합니다. 이는 두 축 사이에서 토크를 전달하는 데 사용됩니다. 이러한 연결 방식은 축 방향, 평행 방향 및 각도 오차를 수용할 수 있습니다.
웜 기어의 허브와 샤프트는 커플링으로 연결됩니다. 이 기계적 연결을 통해 기계적 고장 없이 한 샤프트가 다른 샤프트를 회전시킬 수 있습니다. 이러한 유형의 커플링은 토크를 전달하기 위해 슬라이딩 또는 마찰 부품으로 구성됩니다. 그러나 커플링은 급격한 충격에 견디도록 설계되지 않았으므로 고속 회전 용도에는 적합하지 않습니다.
커플링은 기계 및 장비에서 흔히 사용됩니다. 커플링은 한 구동축에서 다른 구동축으로 동력을 전달하는 동시에 기계적 유연성을 제공합니다. 또한 축 정렬 불량으로 인한 충격과 진동을 줄이는 데 유용하며, 구동축 부품의 마모를 방지하는 역할도 합니다.
이중 후크 커플링은 구동축에 균일한 각속도를 제공하는 데 사용할 수 있습니다. 또 다른 예로는 이중 조인트 커플링이 있습니다. 이중 조인트 커플링은 직접 교차하지 않는 축을 연결하는 데 사용할 수 있습니다. 이중 조인트 요크도 같은 목적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
축 커플링은 두 축 사이에 강력한 기계적 연결을 유지하는 장치입니다. 모든 하중 조건과 축 정렬 불량 상태에서도 한 축에서 다른 축으로 동력을 전달합니다. 기존의 링크 장치와 달리 축 커플링은 두 축 사이의 상대적인 움직임을 허용하도록 설계되지 않았습니다. 커플링은 기계에서 여러 용도로 사용되지만, 주된 용도는 토크와 동력 전달입니다.
다른 함수의 흐름을 제어하는 함수
가장 기본적인 프로그래밍 구조 중 하나는 다른 함수의 흐름을 제어하는 함수입니다. 함수는 인수를 받아 다른 값을 반환할 수 있지만, 반환할 값을 다른 함수에 전달하기 전에 먼저 반환 준비가 완료되어 있어야 합니다. 이를 위해 goto 문과 if 문을 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한 조건문을 사용하여 흐름을 제어할 수도 있습니다.
커플링 선택 기준
적합한 커플링을 선택할 때 고려해야 할 중요한 요소가 여러 가지 있습니다. 그중 가장 중요한 요소는 커플링의 강성인데, 이는 사용된 재질과 형상에 따라 달라집니다. 커플링의 강성은 탄성 변형에 저항하는 능력을 결정합니다. 특정 용도에는 강성이 높은 커플링이 바람직하지만, 다른 용도에는 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 관성이 너무 크면 시스템 성능이 저하될 수 있습니다. 이를 방지하려면 선택한 커플링이 권장 범위 내에 있는지 확인해야 합니다.
커플링의 크기 또한 중요합니다. 커플링 종류에 따라 축의 크기와 모양이 다를 수 있습니다. 일부 커플링은 제동 장치나 전단 핀 보호 장치와 같은 특수 기능을 갖추고 있습니다. 커플링을 선택할 때는 구동 장비의 종류도 고려해야 합니다. 예를 들어 고토크 모터를 연결해야 하는 경우에는 기어 커플링을 선택해야 합니다. 마찬가지로 고속 회전 기계에는 디스크 커플링이 필요할 수 있습니다.
커플링을 선택할 때 고려해야 할 또 다른 요소는 토크 정격입니다. 그 중요성에도 불구하고 종종 간과되곤 합니다. 토크 정격은 커플링의 토크를 외경으로 나눈 값입니다. 경우에 따라 작동 주기 동안 토크가 변동될 수 있으므로 더 높은 토크 정격을 가진 커플링이 필요할 수 있습니다.
비틀림 강성이 뛰어난 커플링 또한 중요한 고려 사항입니다. 이러한 커플링은 작동 중 필요한 토크와 속도를 견딜 수 있도록 설계되어야 합니다. 또한 높은 비틀림 강성과 감쇠 기능을 갖추어야 합니다. 더 나아가, 감쇠 기능이 있는 커플링은 진동으로 인한 에너지 손실을 줄일 수 있습니다.
커플링의 크기는 토크에 따라 결정됩니다. 많은 엔지니어들이 토크를 기준으로 적절한 커플링 크기를 선택하지만, 비틀림 유연성과 비틀림 강성도 고려합니다. 예를 들어, 샤프트는 커플링에 손상을 주지 않고 큰 토크를 견딜 수 있지만, 디스크는 큰 토크를 견디지 못할 수 있습니다.
토크 외에도 커플링 선택 시 중요한 고려 사항은 비용입니다. 커플링이 저렴할 수는 있지만, 신뢰성이 떨어지거나 유지보수가 어려울 수 있습니다. 유지보수가 어려운 커플링은 수명이 짧고 잦은 유지보수가 필요할 수 있습니다. 따라서 서비스 팩터가 낮은 커플링을 구매하는 것을 고려해 보세요.
커플링에는 여러 종류가 있습니다. 어떤 커플링은 수명 기간 동안 추가 윤활이 필요하지만, 100%와 같은 무윤활 커플링도 있습니다. 100% 무윤활 커플링의 예로는 CZPT의 RBI 플렉시블 커플링이 있습니다. 이러한 유형의 커플링은 총 소유 비용을 크게 절감할 수 있습니다.
앞서 언급한 장점 외에도, 엘라스토머 커플링은 저렴하고 유지보수가 거의 필요하지 않습니다. 금속 커플링보다 가격이 저렴한 경우가 많으면서도 충격 흡수 및 진동 감쇠 성능이 뛰어납니다. 하지만 고온에 취약하고, 조립 시 균형을 맞추기가 어려우며, 과부하 토크 용량이 제한적이라는 단점이 있습니다.
