GICL Type Drum Gear Coupling(JB/T 8854.3-2001)
♦Description
Features:
1. Small radial dimension and large bearing capacity are commonly used in shafting transmission under low speed and heavy load conditions.
2. Under the same outer diameter of the inner gear sleeve and the maximum outer diameter of the coupling, the load-carrying capacity of the drum-shaped gear coupling is 15-20% higher than that of the straight-tooth coupling on average.
3. It can compensate for the relative offset of 2 axes at a certain angle and work long distances with the middle axle.
4. It is suitable for connecting horizontal 2 coaxial axes and driving shafting with a certain angle displacement.

Note:
1. The mass and moment of inertia of the coupling are approximated by the minimum diameter and maximum length of the shaft hole.
2. D2≥ 465mm, the sealing ring is bonded by circular section rubber strips.
3. J1 type shaft hole can also be used without shaft end retainer as required.
4. Angular compensation of 1°30′ is allowed.
5. The allowable radial compensation amount △ Y is listed in the following table.

Het verhelpen van uitlijningsfouten bij tandwielkoppelingen

- Hoekafwijking: Dit type uitlijningsfout treedt op wanneer de assen van de twee verbonden assen niet parallel lopen, maar elkaar onder een kleine hoek kruisen. Tandwielkoppelingen kunnen een matige hoekafwijking, doorgaans tot enkele graden, verdragen zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van de prestaties.
- Parallelle uitlijningsfout: Parallelle uitlijningsfout verwijst naar een situatie waarbij de twee verbonden assen parallel aan elkaar zijn verschoven, maar wel parallel aan elkaar blijven. Tandwielkoppelingen kunnen een zekere mate van parallelle uitlijningsfout opvangen, maar deze is over het algemeen beperkt tot een fractie van de totale lengte van de koppeling.
- Axiale uitlijningsfout: Axiale uitlijningsfout treedt op wanneer de twee assen ten opzichte van elkaar verschoven zijn ten opzichte van de rotatieas. Tandwielkoppelingen kunnen een beperkte axiale uitlijningsfout opvangen, maar het is essentieel om ervoor te zorgen dat de axiale speling van de koppeling correct is ingesteld om axiale belasting van de aangesloten apparatuur te voorkomen.
