CL Drum Gear Coupling

CHINAMFG CL-type gear coupling is suitable for connecting 2 horizontal axes transmission shafting. It has the capability of compensating relative deviation of 2 axes and belongs to movable rigid coupling. Two outer shells with inner teeth and 2 sleeves with outer teeth are composed. The sleeves and shafts are connected by keys. The 2 outer shells are connected by bolts. A sealing ring is arranged between the shell and sleeve.

1. Tooth coupling has a small radial dimension and large load-carrying capacity. It is often used for shafting transmission under low-speed and heavy-load conditions. Tooth coupling with high accuracy and dynamic balance can be used for high-speed transmission.
2. It has the ability to compensate for the deviation of radial, axial and angular equiaxed.
3. It has a compact structure, small turning radius, large bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and a maintenance cycle.

Onderhoudseisen voor tandwielkoppelingen

Tandwielkoppelingen vereisen, net als alle mechanische onderdelen, regelmatig onderhoud om optimale prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en een lange levensduur te garanderen. Goed onderhoud kan onverwachte storingen en stilstand voorkomen, wat leidt tot kostenbesparingen en een hogere productiviteit. Smering: Regelmatige en adequate smering is essentieel voor tandwielkoppelingen. De tandwielen en contactoppervlakken van de koppeling moeten voldoende gesmeerd zijn om wrijving en slijtage te minimaliseren.
