Menangani Ketidaksejajaran pada Kopling Roda Gigi
Kopling roda gigi dirancang untuk mengakomodasi tingkat ketidaksejajaran tertentu antara poros, sehingga cocok untuk aplikasi yang membutuhkan fleksibilitas. Kopling ini dapat menangani tiga jenis ketidaksejajaran utama:
- Ketidaksejajaran Sudut: Jenis ketidaksejajaran ini terjadi ketika sumbu dari dua poros yang terhubung tidak sejajar tetapi berpotongan pada sudut kecil. Kopling roda gigi dapat menangani ketidaksejajaran sudut dalam jumlah sedang, biasanya hingga beberapa derajat, tanpa mengorbankan kinerja.
- Ketidaksejajaran Paralel: Ketidaksejajaran paralel mengacu pada situasi di mana dua poros yang terhubung bergeser secara paralel tetapi tetap sejajar satu sama lain. Kopling roda gigi dapat mengakomodasi sejumlah ketidaksejajaran paralel, tetapi umumnya terbatas pada sebagian kecil dari panjang keseluruhan kopling.
