Xử lý sự lệch trục với khớp nối bánh răng
Khớp nối bánh răng được thiết kế để chịu được một mức độ lệch trục nhất định, do đó phù hợp với các ứng dụng cần độ linh hoạt nhất định. Chúng có thể xử lý ba loại lệch trục chính:
- Sai lệch góc: Loại sai lệch này xảy ra khi trục của hai trục nối không song song mà giao nhau ở một góc nhỏ. Khớp nối bánh răng có thể chịu được một lượng sai lệch góc vừa phải, thường lên đến vài độ, mà không làm giảm hiệu suất.
- Sai lệch song song: Lệch trục song song là tình huống hai trục được nối với nhau bị lệch nhau nhưng vẫn song song với nhau. Khớp nối bánh răng có thể chịu được một lượng lệch trục song song nhất định, nhưng nhìn chung chỉ giới hạn ở một phần nhỏ chiều dài tổng thể của khớp nối.
- Lệch trục: Lệch trục xảy ra khi hai trục bị lệch nhau dọc theo trục quay. Khớp nối bánh răng có thể xử lý độ lệch trục hạn chế, nhưng điều cần thiết là phải đảm bảo rằng độ rơ dọc trục của khớp nối được thiết lập chính xác để ngăn ngừa tải trọng dọc trục tác động lên thiết bị được kết nối.
Điều quan trọng cần lưu ý là mặc dù khớp nối bánh răng có thể chịu được một mức độ lệch trục nhất định, nhưng lệch trục quá mức có thể dẫn đến mài mòn và hư hỏng sớm. Bảo trì thường xuyên và lắp đặt đúng cách là rất quan trọng để đảm bảo khớp nối bánh răng hoạt động tối ưu và có tuổi thọ lâu hơn.
